Vitamins are a group of organic compounds (organoleptic substance) necessary for the body and have an important role in regulating the body's metabolic processes. In general Vitamins can not be produced by the body. Each vitamin has a function and specific tasks including the growth regulators and Health care.

In general, vitamins are classified into two groups :

1. Fat-soluble vitamins = vitamin A, D, E, K.
2. Water-soluble vitamins are = Vitamin B and C.

The body is in need vitamin intake. One kind of vitamin deficiency can cause a disease. Vitamin body requires only small amounts, but if the need for this vitamin ignore the body's metabolic processes will be disrupted because of the needs of this vitamin can not be replaced by other compounds. 1. Vitamin A.

Sources of Vitamin B1 type food containing vitamin B1 include wheat, rice, meat (liver), milk, eggs, and nuts.

B. Vitamin B2

Another name for Vitamin B2 is Riboflavin. The function of vitamin B2 in the body plays an important role in the metabolism. Vitamin B2 acts as a coenzyme component Flavin mononucleotide and Flavin Adenine dinucleotide.
